You don't need to buy a new set of maxi dresses for cold weather.
I love wearing long dresses in winter. Winter doesn't have to be dull. With the right layering pieces, you can still wear your vibrant and colorful maxi dresses even when the temperature drops. You'll bring a burst of color to an otherwise gloomy time. It's refreshing!

Typically, we hear that Ramadan is the best time to start wearing the hijab, but I'd like to add the fall season to that: the scarf complements ponchos, leather jackets, and coats so well that you'll immediately love this new headgear, in sha Allah! Many layers allow for perfect coverage of the body! But, of course, the hijab surely comes first from your devotion to your Lord! In short, follow these tips to style your favorite maxi dresses for winter.
1. Add boots - ankle or knee-high boots work. Or try sneakers for added comfort.
2. Wear tights or leggings underneath.
3. Layer a thin turtleneck underneath.
4. Simply wear your winter or fall coat!
And DON'T FORGET to... bring your heart closer to our Creator because we should always strive for Ihsan. Winter and short days are a season for believers!
"The best season for a believer is winter; its nights are long for those who wish to pray, and its days are short for those who wish to fast."
